Cube Bikes was founded in 1993 by student Marcus Pürner. Today, Cube Bikes are found in no fewer than 34 countries worldwide and are rapidly becoming a major player in the specialist bike market. UK account manager Dan White states that all of their bikes are 'developed and tested in and around the Bavarian Alps and the factory in Waldershof, Germany allowing Cube to test their products on plenty of mud and fast descents and climbs. With most of the frames built in the Far East, they are then shipped back to the Waldershof factory where Cube do all the quality checks, reaming, facing and assembly. This way they can maintain total control of the finished product to ensure the highest quality standards are met while remaining strongly competitive'.
